Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Permission Form

Description: The OHI FCA Club will meet every other Wednesday, beginning on Wednesday, April 24^th, through Wednesday, June 5^th, 2024. MThe meetings will take place in Ms. Scheeper’s classroom, P1, from 3:45 – 4:30. 

Goals: The OHI FCA will meet every other Wednesday to provide a safe place for all students to be open about Christianity and to foster Christian values within the community while focusing on leadership, character buildling, and community service.

Exclusion from the Program:

• Three NO SHOWS: Participants may be excluded after 3 NO SHOWS unless accompanied by a teacher note (e.g., after-school tutorials) or a parent note (e.g., absence from school).
• Three late parent pick-ups: "Parent pick up" participants must be picked up promptly at 4:45 PM at the front of the school.
• Three late arrivals: Late arrivals may be sent down to the front office to call home, unless accompanied by a teacher note (e.g., after-school tutorials).
• Three timed sit-outs for misbehavior: Participants will be asked to sit out when he/she is not following the 3-R's: Respectful, Responsible, and Ready; safety is a priority; exclusion from the Program.
• Meeting Abandonment: Participants who roam around campus or leave campus and return after attendance has been taken will not be allowed to participate and will be sent down to the front office.
