To schedule your conference time, you must first log in to Family Access (Skyward) with your parent/guardian account. To access the Conference Scheduler, select Conferences from the Family Access menu.
Click All Conferences
Click Select a Time to pick a time slot for a student’s class
Click Select to the right of the desired Conference Time Slot
The Select Time Slot dialog box will appear. A warning will be displayed if a time conflict exists. Click Back to select another time if there is a conflict or click Save to complete the selection process
Repeat steps 1-3 until slots have been scheduled for all the student’s classes.
Once scheduled, you can also view your conference schedules and make changes (select unschedule and then follow the steps above to reschedule) in Family Access.
If you need to schedule a conference after the Conference Scheduler closes, need to make alternative arrangements, or have questions, please contact your student’s teacher directly. Teachers are also available throughout the school year to meet with you about your student’s academic performance and progress.
